Our rigging course has finally reached its ninth cohort! Wow—this is our last single-digit run before we hit double digits! 🤤
I was actually chatting with someone from Live2D a couple of days ago, and they mentioned how many active riggers in the industry got their start in our program.
Hearing that kind of validation straight from Live2D felt incredible and really made my day 🥰
We've always worked hard to adapt our curriculum to growing market demands, adding fresh techniques and research to every new cohort.
For Cohort 9, our new material will focus heavily on "surface layering planning" and "logic gate design and application."
We have the experience and confidence to say that if you complete this course from start to finish, you'll be fully capable of creating premium, market-ready models!
A lot of you have also been asking: "What if I can't make it to the live streams?" Don't worry!
Even though the classes are taught live, we upload the VOD after every session.
You’ll have unlimited access to replay and review the lessons within the viewing window, so you never have to stress about missing anything due to work, school, or time zone differences!
VODs for this cohort will be available until January 31, 2027, giving you plenty of time to rewatch and practice at your own pace!

Every student will get access to all five of these high-quality, fully separated PSDs to use as class material.
As long as you actually complete the practice assignments, you can take these models home and add them to your portfolio after graduation!

🔹 Week 1 Animation Assignments (Dual Difficulty Tracks)
To make sure both absolute beginners and experienced riggers get what they need, we’ve split the Week 1 assignments into two difficulty tracks:
・ Beginner Track: Chari
| A super popular, hilarious comic artist! The clean, simple line art makes it incredibly easy for beginners to get the hang of things!
・ Advanced Track: Flavor Maji
| SODAART's good friend, Maji, provided some gorgeous original illustrations perfect for building up a professional portfolio!
🔹 Collab Assignments (2 VTubers)
A huge thank you to the following two ultra-popular VTubers for collaborating with us, giving students the chance to try rigging new outfits for active major VTubers:

The art quality for both of these is guaranteed to be top-tier!

We have even more collab projects with Relive coming up later, so stay tuned!
The completed models from our students will be reviewed by the VTubers themselves, who will pick their favorite one to actually use publicly, with full rigger credits.
The winners will also receive a 30,000 NTD scholarship! (30,000 NTD per person, 2 winners total. Exclusive to this cohort.)
